Bursaspor fans once again reacted to the genocidal attacks of Israel on Palestine and Lebanon during the match played against Anadolu University in the 20th week of the Nesine 3rd League.
"KICK ISRAEL OUT OF FOOTBALL"
While Bursaspor won the match 4-1, the fans protested the killer Israel in the stands, not remaining silent about the genocide, in addition to supporting their team. A banner reading "Kick Israel out of football" was displayed in the stands where the green-white fans called for the expulsion of Israeli teams from football to UEFA and FIFA.
THEY HAD DONE A CHOREOGRAPHY BEFORE
The green-white fans had previously performed a choreography of the Palestinian flag with red, black, green, and white colored cards accompanied by the song "Free Palestine" before the match against Düzce Cam Düzcespor played in Bursa on January 19, chanting 'Down with Israel'.
SUPPORT CAME FROM CELTIC FANS
Support for Bursaspor's protest came from the fans of Celtic, the world-famous club from Scotland. The fan group North Curve Celtic shared a post on their social media account featuring the banner opened by the Bursaspor fan group Maraton Platformu. Celtic fans protested Israel by displaying Palestinian flags in the stands during their match against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League, reacting to Israel's attacks on Palestine and Lebanon. A banner reading "Show Israel The Red Card" was displayed in the stands, calling for 'a red card to be shown to Israel' by UEFA and FIFA.
"WE DO NOT WANT KILLERS AMONG US"
In a statement from the Maraton Platform, the following expressions were used:
"We are part of a global movement that is a serious call against the massacre in Palestine. The Celtic fan group Green Brigade called on all fans around the world who share similar feelings towards Israel, and we are proud to be part of this movement! We thank Green Brigade and all other fan groups for their courage to stand against Israel and support the Palestinians. We do not want killers among us! Kick Israel out of football!"
WHAT IS HAPPENING IN PALESTINE
