Due to adverse weather conditions affecting Bolu and Bartın, a temporary ban has been imposed on motorcycles, scooters, and food delivery riders to ensure traffic safety.

MEASURES AGAINST ICY CONDITIONS IN BOLU

In a statement from the Bolu Governorship, it was noted that the risk of icing has increased across the province based on recent meteorological assessments. The statement emphasized that certain measures have been implemented to ensure traffic safety.

In this context, from 10:00 PM tonight until 11:59 PM tomorrow night, the traffic of motorcycles, scooters, electric scooters, electric bicycles, bicycles, and food delivery riders has been temporarily banned throughout the province. Citizens are requested to comply with the decision with sensitivity.

THE BAN IN BARTIN WILL LAST 2 DAYS

Similar measures have been taken in Bartın due to heavy snowfall and the risk of icing. In a statement made by the governorship, it was announced that motorcycles, scooters, electric scooters, and food delivery riders will not be allowed to enter traffic throughout the city to ensure traffic safety.

The ban will be in effect from 8:00 AM on Friday, January 2, until 8:00 AM on Sunday, January 4.
