"I'LL KILL YOU" AND BEAT HIM
The incident occurred in a house in the Karatay district. M.A.A. was beaten by his father's uncle H.A. on the grounds that he had argued with other children in the park. The moments were recorded with a mobile phone camera. In the images, H.A., holding a pickaxe, pushes M.A.A., whom he holds by the arm, to the ground and lifts him into the air. At this moment, M.A.A., whose head hits the ground, holds his head. H.A., saying "I'll kill you," throws the child he lifted into the air to the ground, then slaps M.A.A. Frightened, M.A.A. responds by saying "Okay."
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
After the images were published in the media, the Provincial Police Department teams took action and detained H.A., who had assaulted M.A.A. Following his procedures at the police station, H.A. was referred to the courthouse and was released by the court under judicial control. It was learned that M.A.A., who was subjected to violence, is in good condition.
