According to the mother's claim, the incident took place in the garden of Aktepe Ulu Mosque in Keçiören. The mother alleged that her 12-year-old daughter, who attends a Quran course, was beaten by another child despite there being no quarrel or hostility, and stated that moments of the violence were shared on a TikTok account by the child who allegedly carried out the attack.
