Selim Örencik, who spoke about the incident, said, "I saw a person in the middle of the road. He was trying to jump in front of cars to stop them. At that moment, he jumped in front of my vehicle. He tried to get in through the open window. I tried to close the window. At first, he couldn't get inside. Then I started to accelerate. He threw himself inside and went to the back. He took one of the pens in the vehicle and started stabbing my throat. The pen broke. We started wrestling at that moment."

"HE OPENED THE DOOR AND THREW ME DOWN"

Örencik, who said that he lost control of the steering wheel at that moment, said, "After a while, the assailant opened the door. He threw me down. I asked for help from passersby. One person took me to the police station. I gave my statement. My vehicle was found and I received it. The assailant had a sickle on him. I'm glad he didn't attack me with it," he said.
