The District Gendarmerie Command teams initiated a search operation for Murat Şanlı, who had been reported missing for 4 days in the Erbaa district. During the operation, Şanlı's father's abandoned car with the license plate 60 ACR 194 was found on the dirt road between Kale village and Dokuzçam village. Following this, the search efforts were intensified in this area. At around 10:30 AM today, Şanlı's lifeless body was discovered in the 100-meter deep cliff near the car. After the investigations by the gendarmerie teams and the public prosecutor, Murat Şanlı's lifeless body was taken to the Erbaa State Hospital morgue.
