Ertuğrul Arslan stated that serving in the red-and-white community was a great honor for him and thanked the president and the board of directors. In his statement, Arslan included the following remarks:
"Starting my coaching career at Boluspor was a great honor and responsibility for me. I am proud to have not disappointed those who trusted us with the game we presented and the results we achieved during this process. First of all, I would like to thank our President Mr. Erdal Bayrak, our managers Mustafa Yüksel and Ender Ofluoğlu, and our Sports Director Ömer Özen for deeming me worthy of this position. Their support and trust were very valuable to me.
I also owe a special thanks to my players, with whom I worked and took great joy in witnessing their development. The character and effort they showed on the field made this journey special for me. And of course, I am eternally grateful to the Boluspor fans, the people of Bolu, and the hardworking press members who followed Boluspor, who showed me love and interest from day one.
