It was reported that a woman in Burdur attempted to commit suicide by turning on the natural gas in her home with her two daughters. Upon receiving the notification, teams went to the scene and turned off the natural gas valve in the house. The teams determined that the report had been made by the woman who was attempting suicide. After the incident, the woman suddenly threw herself onto the balcony and hung down. The teams managed to save the woman, who was crying out, "I have daughters, save me."
In Burdur, a report to the 112 Emergency Call Center indicated that a woman living in a house on Menderes Street was planning to commit suicide by turning on the natural gas with her two daughters.
TEAMS SPRANG INTO ACTION
Upon the report, health and natural gas teams were dispatched to the scene accompanied by the police. As the teams opened the door and entered, the natural gas valve in the house was closed.
TRIED TO JUMP OFF THE BALCONY
A.K., who was present at the scene, reacted by claiming that he did not make the report and that the teams entered the house without permission. However, when the phone that made the report was called back, it was determined that the call belonged to the woman. As the teams were about to leave the scene, A.K. suddenly went out to the balcony and leaned over.
"I HAVE DAUGHTERS, SAVE ME"
The woman, who cried out, "I have daughters, save me," was rescued by the teams at the last moment. A.K. was handed over to the health teams at the scene and taken to the hospital on a stretcher. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
