CONFLICT STARTED BY ISRAEL'S VIOLENT ATTACKS ON IRAN
On June 13, Israel conducted extensive attacks targeting not only nuclear facilities in various Iranian cities but also the military's high command.
Among the casualties were nearly 20 high-ranking military officials, including Iranian Chief of General Staff Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Major General Hossein Salami, Commander of the Hatem al-Anbiya Central Headquarters Gholamali Rashid, and Commander of the Revolutionary Guards Air and Space Forces Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, as well as 9 nuclear scientists. The total civilian death toll was reported to be 78.
Iran's retaliation to these attacks came at midnight. The Tehran administration, which struck Tel Aviv, stated that the attacks would continue.
