In Kağıthane, a suspect was caught after stealing a motorcycle that had been towed to the impound lot due to the absence of a license plate and chassis number. While the suspect was stealing the motorcycle, his friend recorded the moments on video.
An interesting incident occurred on December 9, Monday, around 16:00 at the Seyrantepe Yediemin Parking Lot in the Kağıthane district of Istanbul. Police teams conducting inspections in Çağlayan found that the motorcycle they stopped, which had no license plate, also lacked a chassis number. Consequently, the motorcycle in question was taken to the Yediemin Parking Lot.

Aydoğan K, whose motorcycle was banned from traffic, came to the parking lot with a friend after a while. After seeing where his motorcycle was placed, Aydoğan K started sitting on a chair with his friend. A few hours later, Aydoğan K's friend crossed the road. Taking advantage of the crowd in the parking lot, Aydoğan K got to work. He jumped on his motorcycle that had been taken to the parking lot and quickly drove away.

While Aydoğan K was stealing the motorcycle, his friend recorded those moments with his mobile phone camera. Additionally, the theft was also captured by a security camera.
6 CRIMINAL RECORDS FOUND
After the incident, the Kağıthane Mobile Park police initiated an investigation, and by examining the camera footage, they identified and apprehended Aydoğan K, recovering the stolen motorcycle as well. It was revealed that Aydoğan K had 6 criminal records at the police station.
RELEASED
After completing the procedures, Aydoğan K, who was referred to the courthouse for "motorcycle theft" and "forgery of official documents," was released under judicial control by the court.
