A candidate who took the YKS for the 5th time in Bayburt stated that they entered the exam by drinking the blessed water given by their mother and that they scored enough points to qualify for the Sports Sciences department.
Yalçın Akdeniz, who makes a living by working as a barber in Bayburt, took the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) for the fifth time this year after previously attempting it four times without success. Akdeniz stated that he went to the exam with the blessed water prepared by his mother, who recited verses and chapters, and that this provided him with spiritual support. With the announcement of the results, Akdeniz reached the score he aimed for and hopes to become a student in the Sports Management field.
Akdeniz, who went to the TYT and AYT sessions held on June 21-22 with his mother's blessed water, expressed before the exam, "I came with my mother's blessed water. This time I will succeed. This year, I will take the exam for the fifth time. If God permits and gives me the opportunity, I will win Sports Management," and his words left a mark in people's minds. With the announcement of the results, Akdeniz, who experienced great joy, achieved success in the exam he took for the fifth time with his mother's blessed water.

Akdeniz, who believes in his mother's prayers and felt spiritually stronger on the exam day, said, "This year, I took the YKS for the fifth time. I went to the exam with my mother's blessed water. Thank God, the blessed water relieved me this year. My mother's prayers were enough. The score I received was sufficient for the Sports Management department. I hope to be placed in this department when the preferences are announced. This time I am very happy, very joyful. If it is meant to be, we will see the miracle of my mother's blessed water," he said.

Akdeniz emphasized that success depends not only on spirituality but also on regular studying, stating, "Whenever I found the opportunity from work, I made an effort to study. I bought books and solved questions. My experience in solving questions improved, and this experience was good. I saw so many questions in the previous four exams that my method of reading and solving questions developed. The secret to success is hard work. I didn't take my first attempts seriously. When I took it seriously and looked at the topics and questions a bit, it became doable. Of course, my mother's blessed water relieved us a bit, but I believe that nothing can be achieved without working. The only important thing is to work," he expressed.
After a series of four unsuccessful attempts, Akdeniz, who achieved success in his fifth attempt with both his mother's prayers and his own efforts, aims to end his long-standing struggle by being placed in the Sports Management department.
