In Gaziantep, a bakery that did not comply with hygiene rules was closed for 7 days during inspections carried out by the municipal police teams of Şahinbey Municipality.
COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE
According to a statement from the municipality, the teams detected hygiene violations in a bakery during inspections carried out to protect the health of citizens.
During the inspection, cockroaches were found in the area where the flour was stored and the dough was prepared. The bakery was closed for 7 days for not complying with hygiene rules.

In the images taken during the inspection and distributed to the press, the business owner's words to the municipal police teams during the findings, "What will happen from two bugs?" also drew attention.
In the statement, Mayor Mehmet Tahmazoğlu, whose views were included, stated that public health is their red line and said that inspections of businesses that produce and sell food will continue with determination.
Tahmazoğlu emphasized that they will never allow anyone to play with the health of citizens, and that necessary sanctions will be applied to businesses that do not comply with the rules.
