In the file numbered 2026/108 of the Istanbul 11th Heavy Penal Court, prosecution is being conducted against 35 suspects, including Benjamin Netanyahu and Afek Moskovitch.

Within the scope of the file, in line with the arrest warrants issued on July 14, 2026, for the crime of 'Genocide' against Benjamin Netanyahu and Afek Moskovitch, our Ministry of Justice requested the issuance of a red notice from our Ministry of Interior to ensure their international search, and the relevant documents have been forwarded to our Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Benjamin Netanyahu and Afek Moskovitch are being tried for the crimes of 'Crimes Against Humanity,' 'Genocide,' 'Aggravated Deprivation of Liberty,' 'Intentional Injury,' 'Torture,' 'Damage to Property,' 'Aggravated Robbery,' and 'Hijacking of Transport Vehicles' within the scope of their actions involving armed intervention against civilians delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza in international waters and the detention of activists.

We do not accept in any way the understanding that the Netanyahu administration, which pursues a policy of genocide in Gaza, is untouchable and unquestionable. We will not allow the crimes committed in Gaza to be covered up or those responsible to be protected by an impunity shield. We will resolutely use all means of national and international law.

Under the leadership of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we will continue to stand firmly by the Palestinian people, the oppressed, and the conscience of humanity. We will resolutely take all necessary steps to ensure that those who commit crimes against humanity are held accountable before the law."
