Citizens who saw a person lying motionless on Evliya Çelebi Street in the Rabia Ana neighborhood of Erzurum reported the situation to the police. In the incident that occurred in Erzurum during the night hours, one person lost their life. Citizens who saw an individual lying motionless on Evliya Çelebi Street in the Rabia Ana neighborhood reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
