The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) has put up for sale the 100% shares of İstikbal Furniture Industry and Trade Inc. (İstikbal Mobilya), which is owned by the Treasury. The starting price for the auction has been set at 16.5 billion lira.
The announcement of the auction regarding the sale of "İstikbal Furniture Industry and Trade Inc." by TMSF has been published in the Official Gazette.
PARTICIPATION GUARANTEE 825 MILLION LIRA
The estimated price in the auction has been set at 16 billion 500 million lira, the participation guarantee at 825 million lira, and the specification fee at 300 thousand lira.
To participate in the auction, the sealed bid envelopes mentioned in the specification must be delivered to TMSF's address in Esentepe by May 11 at 16:30. Bids submitted after this date and time will not be accepted.
AUCTION ON MAY 12
The auction will take place on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 at TMSF's building in Esentepe. After the opening of the bids submitted in sealed envelopes, the auction process will proceed to an open bidding phase.
