The accident occurred in the evening hours on the Ankara-Beypazarı highway, 10 kilometers from the district entrance. Mahir Çanak lost control of his car in a curve, causing it to veer off the road and roll down from a height of 10 meters.

As the vehicle was wrecked, health, gendarmerie, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the accident site upon the notification of other drivers passing by. The medical team confirmed that driver Mahir Çanak, his wife Zeynep Çanak, and their 3-month-old son had lost their lives.
INVESTIGATION INITIATED
It was learned that Mahir Çanak, who worked as a security officer in Ankara, had come to his hometown Beypazarı to spend the weekend with his family. Relatives of the couple, who arrived at the accident site after receiving the tragic news, were unable to hold back their tears. An investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
