The Ministry of National Defense will hire 3,097 permanent workers through İŞKUR. Applications will be accepted between July 25 and July 29. The lottery draw will take place on August 14. The hired workers will be offered a salary of up to 50,000 TL. The results will be announced on the official website of the Ministry of National Defense.
The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that it will recruit 3,097 permanent workers to be assigned to workplaces. Applications will be made through the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) between July 25-29, 2025. The recruitment process will be conducted using a lottery method. The lottery draw will take place on Thursday, August 14, at 10:00 AM at the MSB Personnel General Directorate in Ankara, in the presence of a notary. With the lottery, as many primary candidates as four times the number of open job positions and as many reserve candidates as four times will be determined. A separate lottery will also be held for candidates with priority rights.
The list of names of candidates who are entitled to take the exam as a result of the lottery will be announced on the MSB's personneltemin.msb.gov.tr website. This announcement will serve as a notification, and no further information will be provided.
It will be checked whether the candidates entitled to take the exam meet the conditions specified in the announcement. Documents such as education status, experience, priority rights, and professional certificates will be examined one by one. The date and location information for the document verification will also be announced on the MSB's website.
Both primary and reserve candidates will be called for document verification. Candidates are required to bring the originals of their documents along with photocopies.
MSB WORKER RECRUITMENT APPLICATION CONDITIONS
1. Must be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
2. Must be at least 18 years old and not older than 36 years as of the application deadline.
3. Must not have been convicted of crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the constitutional order and its functioning, crimes against national defense, crimes against State secrets, and espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, interference in tenders, interference in the performance of obligations, laundering of assets derived from crime, or smuggling, even if pardoned.
4. Must not have membership, affiliation, or contact with structures, formations, or groups determined to be engaged in activities against the national security of the State, or with terrorist organizations.
5. Must not have acted in concert with terrorist organizations, assisted these organizations, used public facilities and resources to support these organizations, or made their propaganda.
6. Must not have been deprived of public rights.
7. Must not have any military obligations. (must have completed military service, be deferred, or exempt)
8. Must not be receiving retirement, old-age, or disability pensions from any social security institution.
9. Must have graduated from the departments specified in the labor demand as of the application deadline or possess the vocational qualification certificate/master certificate specified in the announcement as of the application deadline and meet the other special conditions specified. (Those who have the right to obtain a vocational qualification certificate or master certificate but have not had their certificate issued by the application deadline may also apply. However, candidates must present documents proving this situation during the document verification.)
10. Candidates with priority rights must have a document showing their priority status as specified in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the relevant Regulation.
11. For those with priority rights, if they do not attend the exam despite being invited by the Ministry of National Defense, except for force majeure, their priority rights will be eliminated.
12. Applications of those who have been dismissed from their duties or professions in accordance with the relevant disciplinary legislation of public institutions and organizations will not be accepted.
13. Each candidate can apply to only one announcement (one workplace and one profession) specified in the list published by İŞKUR. Applications from those who apply to multiple announcements and from workers currently employed in a workplace where their salaries are paid from the general budget of the Ministry of National Defense will not be accepted.
14. To carry out security investigation and archive research processes for candidates, their registered residence addresses in MERNİS must be up to date. For placement, candidates must have a positive result from the archive research and/or security investigation and a health report stating that there is no health issue preventing them from working in the profession they applied for.
