Fenerbahçe Club announced that the total number of signatures submitted to the club is 229. Shortly after, another statement was released by the Yellow-Navy Blues, stating, "The 229 declarations mentioned in our initial statement shared with the public have been submitted by 229 of our congress members. Therefore, the total number of signatures received by the club is 229. Unfortunately, for some time now, the facts have been distorted, misleading the public."

The Fenerbahçe Club announced that the total number of signatures submitted to the club with the request for an extraordinary general assembly is 229.
In a statement made by the yellow-navy blue club, it was emphasized that every right granted to the congress members in the regulations is respected as one of the fundamental elements of club democracy, and the following expressions were included: "In accordance with the relevant provisions of our club's regulations, no statement has been made regarding the signatures collected for the request for an Extraordinary General Assembly to ensure that the process progresses healthily and does not become open to manipulation."
As we have emphasized before, we see and respect every right granted to our congress members in our regulations as one of the fundamental elements of our club democracy. However, it should not be forgotten that, in line with Fenerbahçe's deep-rooted traditions and corporate culture, an Extraordinary General Assembly has never been held by collecting signatures in our club's history.
However, at this point, it is clear that a perception operation is being carried out to mislead the public with claims that have no relation to the facts, especially on social media platforms, which are false and defamatory in nature. For this reason, in order to ensure the transparency of the process and the continuity of its healthy progress, it has been decided to share detailed information about the signature declarations delivered to our club within the framework of our laws and regulations with the public.
• Declaration Received by Mail from Notary: Declarations delivered by mail through a notary are received by our Legal Department. As of 04.06.2025, 151 declarations have reached the club by this method and have been recorded.
• Declaration Received by the High Council (YDK): Declarations delivered to the High Council have been handed over to our Legal Department by the YDK Secretariat in exchange for a signature. As of 04.06.2025, 78 declarations have been received by this method and have been recorded.
In light of this information, the total number of signature declarations delivered to our club so far is 229. The process will continue to be carried out meticulously and within the legal framework by our club."
"FACTS ARE DISTORTED"
The yellow-navy blue club made another statement shortly after. In the message stating that the facts are distorted, the following expressions were used;
"The 229 declarations mentioned in our first statement shared with the public have been submitted by 229 of our congress members. Therefore, the total number of signatures received by our club is 229.
Unfortunately, for some time now, the facts have been distorted, and the public is being deliberately misled; the emotional attachment and sense of trust of our community are being exploited.
Despite our club sharing all developments regarding the process transparently with the public, the respect, attachment, and trust among our community are being targeted through systematically produced lies.
These efforts are far from supporting the healthy progress of the process; they harm the unity and solidarity within our community.
We once again inform our community that the process is being conducted in accordance with the law, transparently, and meticulously by our club; we strongly request that no attention be paid to such manipulative attempts."
