The ceasefire agreement reached between Lebanon and Israel came into effect on Wednesday, November 27. Both countries continue to mutually violate the ceasefire. Most recently, Hezbollah made a statement that was almost a threat to Israel after the ceasefire.
"EVERYTHING WILL BE VERY DIFFERENT"
Hezbollah Political Council Vice President Mahmud Komati indicated that everything will be very different after the ceasefire. In his statement, Komati said: "We adhered to the 60-day ceasefire agreement with Israel, but on the 61st day, everything will be very different. If Israel does not withdraw from southern Lebanon, we will take action."
ISRAEL WARNED AGAINST APPROACHING 62 TOWNS
On the other hand, Israeli Army Spokesman Avichay Adraee warned on his social media account against returning to the areas where displaced people are located in southern Lebanon. Adraee addressed the residents of the region, stating that they should not approach the villages along the border in southern Lebanon until the next announcement. He shared a map and urged not to move southward, indicating that those who go to the mentioned areas could be targeted by the Israeli army.
On the map shared by Adraee, the following towns located along the Israeli border in southern Lebanon were listed:
