In Çerkezköy district of Tekirdağ, a high school student named B.Y. who made propaganda for the terrorist organization PKK on social media, was detained. Following the incident, Çerkezköy Public Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation.

In Çerkezköy district of Tekirdağ, high school student B.Y., who made social media posts supporting the PKK, was detained by gendarmerie teams.

DETAINED FOR MAKING PKK PROPAGANDA

According to the information obtained, B.Y., a female student studying at a high school in Kızılpınar neighborhood, used expressions supporting the terrorist organization PKK on her social media account. B.Y., who quickly received reactions on social media due to this post, was detained by the Çerkezköy District Gendarmerie Command after the situation was reported.

During the investigation, it was determined that B.Y. was spreading propaganda for the terrorist organization PKK and disseminating such content on social media. Çerkezköy Public Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation against B.Y., whose social media account was examined and found to contain content praising the PKK. Çerkezköy District Governorship also announced that legal and administrative proceedings have been initiated against B.Y., who is reported to be a high school student.
