The release of Fatma Zehra Kınık, the daughter of former Kızılay President Kerem Kınık, after causing the death of a 16-year-old boy in an accident, was questioned by Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç. Tunç said, "If there is an error in the content of the file, it will definitely be corrected through this objection process."
After being released on judicial control by the court following a fatal accident in Istanbul, Fatma Zehra Kınık has become the top agenda in Turkey. Justice Minister Tunç, stating that he has no information about the file yet, said that if there is a mistake, it can be corrected through objection.
The accident occurred in the Beykoz district on Tuesday, July 9th, around 13:30 in Kavacık neighborhood. According to the allegation; Fatma Zehra Kınık, the car driver, collided with the motorcycle driven by Yavuz Selim Öztürk, who was riding with a passenger behind him, while she was turning from Baki Street to Fatih Sultan Mehmet Avenue without wearing a helmet. As a result of the collision, the driver and the passenger on the motorcycle fell, and the driverless motorcycle crashed into pedestrians on the sidewalk. In the accident, motorcycle driver Yavuz Selim Öztürk, passenger Batın Barlas Çeki, and two pedestrians on the sidewalk were injured. Upon notification, numerous ambulances and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured in the accident were taken to hospitals. 16-year-old Batın Barlas Çeki, who was seriously injured in the accident, died despite all interventions at the hospital. While the crime scene investigation teams were working, the police also examined the security camera footage in the vicinity.
RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL It was learned that the driver of the car involved in the accident was Fatma Zehra Kınık, the daughter of former president of the Red Crescent, Kerem Kınık. After the accident, the driver Kınık, who was taken into custody, was released on judicial control by the court after the procedures at the police station.

But let's look at this, if there is a mistake in the content of the file, it will definitely be corrected through objection.
