Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) President Ekrem İmamoğlu, who gave an interview at Silivri Prison, made striking statements regarding the CHP congress to be held on Sunday. İmamoğlu said, "After the extraordinary congress, we will make a historic start. We will establish presidential offices in Ankara and Istanbul. Ankara will be the center, but the work we have largely initiated in Istanbul will continue without slowing down."
Ekrem İmamoğlu, the Mayor of Istanbul, who was arrested 11 days ago and sent to Silivri Prison as part of a corruption investigation against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, gave a striking interview.

Imamoğlu stated that he believes CHP Chairman Özgür Özel will create an inclusive, unifying list and achieve a new beginning after the congress, and he provided important information regarding the roadmap to Mustafa Balbay from Cumhuriyet Newspaper.
