During a traffic inspection in Aksaray, a plate-less motorcycle that did not obey the 'stop' signal crashed during a police chase. The 15-year-old unlicensed driver lost control and fell off the motorcycle, sustaining injuries. Both the driver and the owner of the motorcycle were fined a substantial amount.
A chase that took place in Aksaray in the evening hours ended in an accident. The 15-year-old unlicensed driver of the unregistered motorcycle, who did not heed the traffic police's 'stop' warning, lost control and fell during the pursuit. The injured driver was taken to the hospital, and a total fine exceeding 80,000 was imposed after the incident.
ESCAPED FROM POLICE CONTROL
The driver of the unregistered motorcycle, who did not comply with the traffic police's 'stop' warning, had an accident during the escape.
The incident occurred around 19:30 in the Hacılar Harmanı neighborhood. The motorcycle driver, who did not listen to the police's warning, quickly attempted to flee, and the teams began to chase.
CHASE ENDED IN PAŞACIK NEIGHBORHOOD
During the police pursuit, the motorcycle overturned as the driver lost control in the Paşacık neighborhood.
IT WAS REVEALED THAT THE DRIVER WAS 15 YEARS OLD
It was determined that the injured motorcycle driver was 15-year-old E.R.K. The driver, who was found to be unlicensed, was taken to Aksaray Training and Research Hospital.
RECORD FINE IMPOSED
The driver, who was under treatment, was fined a total of 63,755 lira for not complying with the stop warning, driving without a license, and drifting. The owner of the motorcycle was fined 18,677 lira.
The motorcycle involved in the accident was taken to the parking lot by a tow truck after the procedures.
An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
