In the case related to the Gezi Park protests, manager Ayşe Barım, who appeared before the judge for the first time, remains in custody. After the decision, the famous individuals who left the courthouse were in tears. The court ruled for the compulsory summoning of witnesses, including Halit Ergenç, Bergüzar Korel, Nejat İşler, and Zafer Algöz.

In the investigation regarding the Gezi Park events, manager Ayşe Barım, who is being tried on the charge of "aiding an attempt to overthrow the Government of the Republic of Turkey," appeared before the judge for the first time.

In the case heard at the Istanbul 26th High Criminal Court, the court ruled for the continuation of Barım's detention. The hearing was postponed to October 1, 2025.

It is requested that artist manager Ayşe Barım be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison on the allegation that she directed the actors she represents to the Gezi Park protests and played a role in organizing the events. The detained defendant Barım and her lawyers were present at the hearing.

In her defense, Barım categorically denied the allegations against her, and the decision to continue her detention was made. The court panel decided to summon Halit Ergenç, Bergüzar Korel, Mehmet Günsür, Dolunay Soysert, Nejat İşler, Nehir Erdoğan, Hümeyra Adak, Rıza Kocaoğlu, Selma Ergeç, Şükran Ovalı, and Zafer Algöz, mentioned in Barım's defenses, to be heard as 'witnesses.' While the hearing was postponed to October 1, it was observed that many, including actors Miray Daner, Hande Erçel, and Birce Akalay, could not hold back their tears after the hearing.
