In the Şehzadeler district of Manisa, police teams responding to a report of a bad odor encountered the lifeless body of a 30-year-old woman in the house they entered. It was determined that the woman's sister had stayed in the same house for 2 days with her sibling's corpse, which she thought was asleep.
In the Şehzadeler district of Manisa, in the Alaybey neighborhood, E.Ş., who lives on the ground floor of a 5-story apartment building, told neighbors that her sibling was not waking up.
Upon this, neighbors who went to the house encountered a strong odor and notified the police. Teams arriving at the address following the report found Mine Ş.'s lifeless body. After detailed examinations at the scene by crime scene investigation teams and the prosecutor, it was determined that the woman had died approximately 2 days ago.
LIVED IN THE SAME HOUSE FOR 2 DAYS
Teams from the Homicide Bureau of the Public Order Branch Directorate, which launched a comprehensive investigation into the incident, took the woman's sister, E.Ş., to the police station to obtain information about the suspicious death. During initial examinations, it was determined that E.Ş. had stayed in the same house with her deceased sibling's body for 2 days.
CAUSE OF DEATH TO BE DETERMINED AT AUTOPSY
Mine Ş.'s lifeless body was taken to the morgue of the Manisa Merkezefendi State Hospital Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. Police launched a multi-faceted investigation into the incident.
