In a traffic accident that occurred in the Kahta district of Adıyaman, a car collided with a passenger bus, resulting in the deaths of 3 people from the same family and injuries to 3 others.
Three people lost their lives and three others were injured in a car that collided with a passenger bus in the Kahta district of Adıyaman.
CAR COLLIDED WITH PASSENGER BUS
According to the information obtained, the accident occurred at the 5th kilometer of the Kahta–Adıyaman highway. The car with license plate 02 ACU 651, whose driver has not yet been identified, collided with the passenger bus with license plate 02 DG 353. Upon the notification of citizens who witnessed the accident, a large number of health, fire, and UMKE teams were dispatched to the scene.
CAR WAS TOTALED AFTER THE ACCIDENT
As a result of the collision, the car was totaled, and three people trapped inside were rescued by the teams after intense efforts. It was determined that Mahmut İzci, Zahide İzci, and Yusuf İzci, who were in the car, lost their lives.
The three injured people were taken to Kahta State Hospital by ambulances for treatment. The bodies of the deceased were taken to the morgue of Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital. It was learned that the injured are still receiving treatment at the hospital, and an investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
