On the 19th day of the disappearance of Narin Güran (8), whose lifeless body was found in a sack hidden under stones and bushes in the riverbed of the Bağlar district of Diyarbakır, a new development has occurred regarding the murder case. The indictment prepared for 12 suspects, 6 of whom are in custody, in the Narin Güran case has been accepted. The trial of the 12 defendants for the crime of "aiding a criminal" will begin on April 14.

The indictment prepared by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the detained suspects Birsen, Fuat, and Maşallah Güran, Salim Güran's worker Mehmet Selim Atasoy, and Mehmet Şevket Kaya and Muhammed Kaya, as well as the suspects not in custody Şeyma Kaya, Hediye, İbrahim Halil, Barış, Kurtuluş, and Ömer Faruk Güran for the crime of "aiding a criminal," has been submitted to the Diyarbakır 17th Criminal Court of First Instance. An indictment has also been submitted to the Juvenile Court regarding the children involved in the crime, R.A. (16), M.G. (16), and İ.K. (17).
