After 19 days of being missing in Diyarbakır, the lifeless body of Narin Güran (8) was found in Eğertutmaz Stream. The second hearing of the murder case is continuing on the third day. The hearing began with the speech of the last lawyer of the brother, Enes Güran, Mustafa Demir, who made the final defenses before the verdict.

"WE LEARNED ABOUT THE INDICTMENT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA"

A striking social media debate took place in the courtroom. Lawyer Mustafa Demir turned to the former president of the Diyarbakır Bar Association, Nahit Eren, saying, "Mr. President, Nahit Eren made some posts regarding the Narin case. First of all, let me say that I do not think you made these posts with bad intentions. You threw words at us yesterday, but you shared everything on social media. We learned about the indictment from social media. We see what is being entered into the case file from social media." he said.

COURT PRESIDENT: WE ARE THE ONLY ONES NOT SPEAKING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

At this point, the court president intervened, saying, "Excuse me, we are the only ones not speaking on social media here. Although we cannot speak anyway, all of you have constantly talked. You participated in women's programs." he remarked.
