The share of second-hand housing sales in total housing sales was 67.8%. Second-hand housing sales from January to November increased by 13.0% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 857,556. 2,151 HOUSES SOLD TO FOREIGNERS IN NOVEMBERHousing sales to foreigners in November decreased by 8.2% compared to the same month of the previous year, reaching 2,151. In November, the share of housing sales to foreigners in total housing sales was 1.4%. The provinces with the highest number of housing sales to foreigners were Istanbul with 780, Antalya with 752, and Mersin with 191. THE MOST HOUSING SALES WERE MADE TO CITIZENS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATIONHousing sales to foreigners from January to November decreased by 35.1% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 21,363. In November, the highest number of housing sales by nationality was made to citizens of the Russian Federation with 421, followed by Iran with 200, and Ukraine with 160.
