The Attorney General stated that Philippi was considering carrying out the attack by attaching C-4 explosives to a drone.

ARRESTED WHILE PREPARING FOR THE ATTACK
The Department of Justice announced that 24-year-old Skyler Philippi, who has connections with right-wing groups preparing to attack an electrical distribution center in Nashville, a city in the state, has been apprehended.

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland stated that it has been determined that Philippi was preparing to carry out an attack by attaching C-4 explosives to a drone. In the statement, Garland said, "This is another warning to those who seek to sow seeds of violence and chaos by attacking our nation's critical infrastructure. The Department of Justice will find you, disrupt your plans, and hold you accountable. I am grateful to the FBI agents for their extraordinary work and for what they do every day to keep our country safe."
