According to the information shared by journalist Emrullah Erdinç, during the cross-examination, mother Yasemin Minguzzi stood up and lunged at the defendants. In response, the defendants also charged at the grieving mother. Some family members fainted due to the tension in the courtroom.
After the incident, Yasemin Minguzzi, who had to leave the courtroom, cried out in the courthouse corridors, "Let them be afraid of me." The court panel paused the hearing for security reasons.

During the Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi case, while the statements of the defendants were being taken, aunt Aylin Akıncılar had a nervous breakdown and left the courtroom. The audience applauded to support Akıncılar as she exited the room.
"DISABILITY REPORT FOR DEFENDANTS" CRISIS
In the case where the indictment was later combined, the integration report, which was stated to have been obtained during the primary school age of the detained defendant A.Ö., was attempted to be submitted to the court by the defendant's lawyer. The disability report taken for the defendant caused tension.
Audience members who came to the courthouse for support reacted to the defendant's lawyers on the grounds that a disability report was obtained. A dispute broke out between the defendant's lawyers and the audience. Due to the tension, the defendant's lawyers were removed from the audience and brought into the courtroom.
In the footage, when an audience member asked, "Which of these defendants is disabled?" the defendant's lawyer was heard saying, "They have reports in the file." Additionally, moments were captured where an audience member shouted, "They weren't disabled when they were killing a person. Now, are you going to shamelessly call them disabled, murderers? Don't you have a conscience, girl?"

Minguzzi noted that those who came to watch the trial gave her strength, saying, "One Ahmet is gone, but I have thousands of Ahmets. Unfortunately, we lost children after Ahmet. I tried to stand up for them to bring an end to this."
Mother Minguzzi also demanded a change in the juvenile execution law, arguing that there should be no reduction in sentences due to age in serious crimes.
