In the investigation; businessman Mübariz Mansimov, Veysel Şahin, the General Director of the closed Ekol TV Emrah Doğru, and lawyer Ersan Şen have been included in the file.
FIRST STATEMENT FROM ERSAN ŞEN
Lawyer Ersan Şen, whose name has been mentioned in the investigation, made a statement on his social media account. In his statement, Şen said, "If there is an investigation, we will of course wait for the result with respect. Regarding Ekol TV; I would like to state that I have had no material or moral involvement at any stage, whether during its establishment, before, after, in its management, during its closure, or afterwards, nor have I contributed professionally at any stage. If there is an investigation, the material truth will undoubtedly be reached as a result."
