Arif Ismailov, a foreign courier who was shot by an unidentified person in Fatih, Istanbul, was taken to the hospital in critical condition but unfortunately passed away. The police have launched a large-scale operation to capture the assailant.

Arif Ismailov, a foreign national working as a courier at a private logistics company in Fatih, was shot by an unidentified suspect. Ismailov, who was determined to have been injured in the head, died in the hospital to which he was taken.

The incident occurred around 4:30 PM in Zeynep Kamil Street, Balabanağa Neighborhood, Fatih district of Istanbul. According to reports, an unidentified person approached Arif Ismailov, who was working as a courier at the logistics company.

The individual shot Ismailov in the head and fled the scene. Severely injured, Ismailov was taken to the hospital by nearby citizens in a vehicle. Police teams were dispatched to the street upon notification. It was learned that Arif Ismailov died despite all the interventions made at the hospital.

After the investigation, police teams launched a large-scale operation to capture the assailant.
