U.S. President Donald Trump's statement that "we can destroy Iran's electrical infrastructure in an hour" further escalated tensions on the 13th day of the war. In response to Trump's remarks, Iran's Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, sharply replied, "This creates an opportunity to hunt down the dark, security-seeking U.S. soldiers."

The ongoing war between the USA, Israel, and Iran continues to escalate on its 13th day, with statements from both sides further increasing tensions in the region. US President Donald Trump received a similar response from Tehran regarding his threat to Iran.

TRUMP: "WE CAN DESTROY ELECTRICITY CAPACITY IN 1 HOUR"

Returning to Washington after his meetings in Kentucky, Trump answered reporters' questions at Joint Base Andrews Airport in Maryland. Trump stated that they could target Iran's energy infrastructure, saying, "We can destroy Iran's electricity capacity in one hour. It could take them 25 years to rebuild it. However, we do not want to do that."

In his statement, Trump also mentioned that they could strike certain areas of Tehran, expressing that such an attack could make Iran's reconstruction nearly impossible.

IRAN'S RESPONSE: AN OPPORTUNITY TO HUNT US SOLDIERS

Iran also responded to Trump's remarks. Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, referred to Trump's statements, saying that if the US took such a step, the entire region could be plunged into darkness in a short time.

Larijani stated, "Trump said, 'We can disable Iran's electricity production capacity in one hour.' If they do this, the entire region will be plunged into darkness in less than half an hour, and this darkness creates an opportunity to hunt US soldiers fleeing to safety."

US-ISRAEL ATTACKS ON IRAN

While negotiations continue between Tehran and Washington, Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran on February 28.

Iran responded with attacks on targets it identified in several regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where US bases are located, in addition to Israel.

In the US-Israel attacks, Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, along with many high-ranking officials, was killed.

According to Iranian officials, the death toll from the US-Israel attacks has exceeded 1,348, and the number of injured has surpassed 17,000. In Iran's retaliations, so far, 7 US soldiers and 13 Israelis have lost their lives.
