İş GYO announced that it will sell the land where the Marmara Park Shopping Mall is located in Esenyurt, Istanbul. According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the land will be offered to Istanbul 1 Real Estate Management Inc., a company owned by the German Ece, which has the upper management rights, for a price of 2.7 million + VAT.
İş GYO announced in a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it will sell the land located in Esenyurt, where the Marmara Park Shopping Center is situated.
In the KAP statement, it was noted that within the framework of the pre-emption right, an offer will first be made to Istanbul 1 Real Estate Management Inc., one of the German Ece's companies, with a sale price of 2,711,908,000 TL + VAT.
THERE IS A 1-MONTH PERIOD TO EVALUATE THE OFFER
The two parcels adjacent to the same land will also be offered to the same company for a total price of 15,365,000 TL + VAT. Istanbul 1 Real Estate Management Inc. has one month to evaluate the offer.
THEY MADE A STATEMENT TO KAP
The full statement made by İş GYO to KAP is as follows; "As per the decision of our Board of Directors dated 23/09/2024, as a result of the sales negotiations regarding the sale of the parcels numbered 110 (which contains the Marmara Park Shopping Center) and the adjacent parcels numbered 102 and 103, which are owned by our Company in Esenyurt District, Istanbul Province, a purchase offer has been received for all the parcels.
Within the framework of the said purchase offer, before the sale of the parcels to the offeror; regarding parcel number 110, an offer will be made to Istanbul 1 Real Estate Management Inc. for the sale of the relevant parcel at a price of 2,711,908,000 TL + VAT, in accordance with the pre-emption right held by Istanbul 1 Real Estate Management Inc. Additionally, an offer will be made for the sale of parcels numbered 102 and 103, which are adjacent to the aforementioned parcel, for a total price of 15,365,000 TL + VAT, and if the offer is accepted, it has been decided to sell parcels numbered 110, 102, and 103 to Istanbul 1 Real Estate Management Inc."
