As the days count down to the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress, a striking claim has emerged in the Ankara corridors regarding former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. It has been suggested that Kılıçdaroğlu, who has not made a single comment about the court case for 22 months and is not in the position of the plaintiff in the court, will maintain this stance until September 15 and will comply with the decision made by the court.
As the Kurultay case of the CHP, which will be seen on September 15, approaches, a striking claim has been made. Sinan Burhan, who participated in the Doğru Yorum program with Başak Şengül on tv100, shared information he obtained from sources close to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.
"NOT IN THE POSITION OF PLAINTIFF IN COURT"
Burhan conveyed the information he obtained regarding the Kurultay with the following words: "Kemal Bey has not made a single comment regarding the absolute nullity and the court for months. He is not in the position of a plaintiff in court. The perception is as if a lawsuit has been filed. The change-makers are the ones causing the lawsuit through black propaganda. He has not made a single sentence comment about the court to his close circle for 22 months."
''NO CHANCE TO SAY NO''
This attitude will continue until September 15. He will comply with the court's decision. If there is an absolute nullity, as he stated, there is no chance to say no. Despite the social media and media lynching that amounts to insults, he will not keep the door to dialogue closed."
KURULTAY CASE ON SEPTEMBER 15
The lawsuits filed by former Hatay Mayor Lütfü Savaş and some delegates for the annulment of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Kurultay held on November 4-5, 2023, have been consolidated in the file at the Ankara 42nd Civil Court of First Instance.
In the third hearing of the case held on June 30, the court ruled to wait for the finalization of the decision of the Ankara 26th Criminal Court of First Instance regarding the lack of jurisdiction in the criminal case opened against 12 people for allegations of irregularities at the Kurultay, and postponed the hearing to September 8. CHP's lawyer Çağlar Çağlayan had requested the postponement of the hearing due to the events scheduled for the week of September 4-9, which coincides with the party's founding anniversary. The court, evaluating the request, postponed the hearing to September 15 at 10:00 AM.
