Following consecutive warnings from the Meteorology and AKOM, heavy rain hit the Anatolian side of Istanbul. As the sky suddenly darkened, the streets were flooded, and the hail-like rain caused difficult moments for the citizens.

CONSECUTIVE LIGHTNING STRIKES CAUSE FEAR
The heavy rain, which affected the European Side in the morning hours, also hit the Anatolian Side in the afternoon. Vehicles in motion suddenly found themselves in puddles of water, while consecutive lightning strikes caused moments of fear.
