In the Istanbul-based investigation, a detention order was issued for influencers who allegedly accessed the OnlyFans platform, which has access restrictions, by changing their IP addresses to direct users to paid content. While 16 people were detained, it was observed that Burçin Erol, who was subject to a detention order and identified to be abroad, was sharing content from Bali, Indonesia.
The Cyber Crime Department teams of the Istanbul Police Department, in coordination with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, initiated a study within the scope of "Money Laundering" and "Obscenity" crimes.
