A lawsuit has been filed against JP Morgan's senior executive Lorna Hajdini, alleging she forced an employee into sexual abuse, made threats, and used racist remarks. While the company denies the accusations, the plaintiff asserts that the incidents deeply impacted their career and psychological well-being.

Striking allegations have emerged about Lorna Hajdini, a high-level executive at global financial giant JP Morgan Chase. A young male employee has filed a lawsuit alleging that his manager abused her position to sexually harass him, threaten him, and hurl racist insults.

According to a report by Dailymail, the plaintiff claimed that the 37-year-old Hajdini gave him prohibited substances and threatened to ruin his career.

ALLEGATION OF "FORCED WITHOUT CONSENT"

In the lawsuit, it is alleged that Hajdini repeatedly forced a married bank employee into degrading sexual acts without his consent. The plaintiff, who did not disclose his name, stated that he was coerced into unwanted sexual intercourse multiple times and was kept under pressure throughout the process. The plaintiff indicated that the incidents began after they started working together in 2024.

"MY LITTLE ARAB TOY DOLL" WORDS IN FILE

One of the most striking allegations in the petition involved threatening remarks. The plaintiff claimed that Hajdini told him, "If you're not with me soon, I will destroy you, I am your owner."

Additionally, it was alleged that the manager used racist expressions, mocked his background, and made remarks such as "You'll have to earn this, my little Arab toy doll." The plaintiff also claimed she said things like, "If you don't make love to me tonight, I'll block your promotion," and while removing her dress, "Tell me, does your fish-headed wife have missiles like these?"

COMPANY DENIED ALLEGATIONS

The company disclosed the identity of the Indian employee who claimed he was forced into sexual slavery. In a statement from JPMorgan's side, it was indicated that the internal investigation conducted did not confirm the allegations.

The institution argued that the claims of Chirayu Rana, who emerged as the plaintiff, were fabricated and that no evidence was found. It was stated that Hajdini continues in her role at the company.

PLAINTIFF'S SIDE: PTSD DIAGNOSIS

Rana's lawyer stated that his client has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), has suffered a loss of reputation due to the process, and has had difficulty finding new employment.
