U.S. President Donald Trump has had a decision to block the issuance of passports to children born in America to foreign nationals halted by a court order following his assumption of office.

The 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, signed many executive orders after officially taking office.

Among the signed executive orders were topics such as the suspension of entry permits for refugees approved to travel to the country before January 27, the decision to withdraw from the World Health Organization (WHO), and the repeal of the regulation that granted automatic citizenship to children born in the country.

FIRST LEGAL OBSTACLE FOR TRUMP

The first obstacle to the decision signed by Trump came from the judiciary. NTV's U.S. Representative Hüseyin Günay shared on his social media account that a federal judge issued a stay on the executive order that prevented passports from being issued to children born in America to foreigners.
