Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei responded to U.S. President Donald Trump's statements regarding Iran by saying, "Some bullying countries want us to stop our missile program. We will absolutely not accept this."
US President Donald Trump emphasized that they cannot allow Iran to have nuclear weapons, stating, "What will happen with Iran? We have interesting days ahead. We will see what will happen, but we have entered the final phase," to which Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei responded harshly.
Khamenei Called the US 'Bullying'
Khamenei, who referred to the US as a 'bullying country,' stated, "They want us to stop our missile program. We will absolutely not accept that."
WHAT DID TRUMP SAY?
In a recent statement, US President Donald Trump said, "There is a situation regarding Iran, something will happen very soon. You will be hearing about this soon. I hope we can make a peace agreement. I am just saying that I would prefer the peace agreement to the other option, but the other option will also solve the problem."
Trump also revealed that he sent a letter to Khamenei, saying, "I wrote them a letter saying, 'I hope you negotiate because if we have to go in militarily, it will be a terrible thing.'"
