Kocaelispor Vice President Ahmet Arık stated regarding the match against Galatasaray that they will play in the Trendyol Super League this weekend, "We will do everything to achieve a successful result from this match. Of course, as Kocaelispor, we want to win. We will win, hopefully."

The draw for the 4th elimination round of the Ziraat Turkey Cup took place at the Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities in Riva. Kocaelispor, one of the Super League teams, will face Karacabey Belediyespor. Kocaelispor Vice President Ahmet Arık made special statements to İhlas News Agency (IHA) reporters after the draw.

''WE WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN BOTH ARENAS''

Arık stated, "It was a normal draw. I think it would have been more appropriate for the matchups to be made by the officials or club representatives. I want to convey this complaint as well. I wish success to all the teams that will play in the cup. We want to go as far as we can in the cup. We want to be successful in both arenas. Of course, like all teams, our goal is to win this cup," he said.

''WE WILL WIN AGAINST GALATASARAY, INSHALLAH''

Ahmet Arık also shared his thoughts on the match they will play at home against Galatasaray in the 12th week of the Trendyol Super League, saying, "We are preparing rigorously for this match. Kocaelispor is a team with a deep-rooted history and a past full of successes. Therefore, we are ready for this match. I believe we will do our best. We will do everything to achieve a successful result from here. Football is a match with three possible outcomes. Of course, we, as Kocaelispor, want to win. We will win, inshallah," he expressed.

''OUR GOAL IS EUROPE''

Evaluating the progress and goals of the green-black team in the league, Vice President Arık stated, "After Kocaelispor was promoted to the Super League, almost the entire team changed. We started with new players, and of course, there is a process of adaptation. The first 6-7 matches were difficult for us, our schedule was tough. We overcame these challenges, and the team has started to settle in. As you can see in the last matches, this situation has also reflected in the results. Our goal is to be among the top 8. Our goal is Europe. Inshallah, we will achieve this," he concluded his remarks.
