THE GREEK CYPRIOT LEADER MET WITH VICE PRESIDENT YILMAZ
Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz met with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the leader of the Greek Cypriot Administration (GCA) Nikos Christodoulides on the sidelines of the "Peace and Security for Ukraine" meeting held in the capital of France, Paris. After the meeting, Christodoulides made a statement.
"THE TURKISH GOVERNMENT SHOULD START DIALOGUE GRADUALLY"
Christodoulides said: "We had a more detailed dialogue with the Vice President of the Republic of Turkey regarding the developments in our region. What has been expressed by all parties is the need for a dialogue that will resolve any existing and emerging differences of opinion. Without dialogue, without diplomacy, solutions cannot be found to the problems and challenges we face. I believe it is important for dialogue with the Turkish government to start gradually. Even in the context of such conferences in the past, this was something that was not easy to achieve, and I find it important to have this discussion."
