Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur made statements regarding the primary election held in Ankara. Referring to the arrest of Ekrem İmamoğlu in the context of a corruption investigation, Yavaş stated, "If these events had not occurred today, perhaps there would not have been such participation. This shows that when you act unlawfully, the reaction is very strong. With an early election, hopefully, it will set an example for Turkey. Because tripping your opponent is not something that is compatible with democracy," he expressed.
ANNOUNCED THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE PRIMARY ELECTION
