The family's lawyer, Rezan Epözdemir, filed a criminal complaint with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding these messages, requesting a public lawsuit to be opened. Meanwhile, one person reached the phone number of mother Yasemin Akıncılar Minguzzi. He stated that he sent threatening messages to her, regretted it, and asked for forgiveness. This person was also requested to be heard as a witness.

Mattia Ahmet Minguzzi was targeted by 2 attackers of the same age while he was at the Kadıköy Tuesday Market on January 24 to buy skateboarding equipment. After being stabbed and falling to the ground, he was also kicked in the head, and his struggle for life lasted for 14 days.

FIRST HEARING ON APRIL 10
