The incident occurred around 21:00 in 2nd Mutlu Street, Hamidiye Neighborhood. According to allegations, İbrahim İ. went to visit his grandfather, Kemal K. İbrahim İ. asked his grandfather for some pocket money. However, the grandfather refused to give him money. A dispute broke out between the grandfather and grandson over this. As the argument escalated, İbrahim İ. severely injured his grandfather, Kemal K., by stabbing him multiple times with a bread knife he took from the kitchen.

HE LOCKED HIMSELF IN THE APARTMENT

While Kemal K. struggled to get outside, İbrahim İ. locked himself in the apartment. Upon neighbors' notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. Kemal K., who was seriously injured, was taken to İnegöl State Hospital after the first intervention by the medical teams. It was learned that the health condition of Kemal K. remained serious.
