According to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), Kim Jong-un sent a congratulatory letter to Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia Day, which symbolizes Russia's declaration of sovereignty in 1990.
In his letter, Kim stated that the relations between the two countries have entered a new era based on trust, and expressed that cooperation continues to develop within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement signed last year.
