Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan was asked about the "Kurtlar Vadisi" edits related to him on the program he attended on TVNET. Evaluating the recent posts that have been trending, Fidan stated that these edits reflect the perception in society.

Regarding the jokes and comments made, Fidan said, "Sometimes we laugh, and we say, 'where did this come from?' It seems that while we are busy with certain things, we are not actually aware of the image we are projecting. Because we are people focused on our work. But there is inevitably a perception among people," he added.

Emphasizing the importance of the reactions from society, Fidan stated, "People are talking, they are showing reactions. I find this very valuable. I consider every authentic reaction to be very precious. It becomes a part of your living culture," he expressed.

For years, there have been claims that Abdullah Çatlı, who died in Susurluk, changed his face through surgery and that Hakan Fidan is actually Çatlı. Çatlı's daughter, Gökçen Çatlı, responded to these claims by saying, "Let me answer this question with my father's words; a secret known by two people is not a secret. If there is such a thing, only one person would know it. Would my father do such a thing? Even if he did, he would do it in secrecy.
