Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin made a striking statement regarding the High School Transition System (LGS) exam, which concerns millions of students. It was noted that a change in the date is on the agenda due to the exam coinciding with a national match.
COINCIDED WITH THE NATIONAL MATCH
According to the current schedule, the LGS will be held on Sunday, June 14 at 09:00. However, the presence of a national match between Turkey and Australia at 07:00 on the same day has brought discussions regarding the exam day.
“IT MAY BE MOVED ONE DAY EARLIER”
In a statement regarding the issue, Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin expressed that the exam date could be re-evaluated. Tekin said, “The LGS on June 14 may be moved one day earlier due to the overlap with the national match; we are working on it.”
