A new development has occurred in the case of the members of the Manifest music group and artist Ayça Dalaklı, who were indicted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on charges of "engaging in indecent acts" due to their stage performances. The Istanbul 49th Criminal Court of First Instance lifted the requirement for the defendants to sign, while ruling that the travel ban abroad would remain in effect.

In the case where the Manifest music group is being tried for "indecent acts," the court lifted the signature requirement for the members while deciding to continue the travel ban abroad. The case is ongoing at the Istanbul 49th Criminal Court of First Instance under the simplified trial procedure.

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has completed the investigation initiated against the Manifest music group for allegedly engaging in "indecent acts" during their stage performances. In the prepared indictment, a request for imprisonment of 6 months to 1 year for the crime of "engaging in indecent acts by exhibition" was made against seven individuals, including the artist Ayça Dalaklı, who performed on stage with the group and used the stage name "AYDEED."

TRIAL PROCESS HAS BEGUN

The indictment prepared by the prosecutor's office was accepted by the Istanbul 49th Criminal Court of First Instance. Thus, the trial of the members of the Manifest group and Ayça Dalaklı has begun. In its initial review, the court lifted the signature requirement for the defendants while deciding to continue the travel ban abroad.

DECISION UNDER SIMPLIFIED TRIAL PROCEDURE

The Istanbul 49th Criminal Court of First Instance evaluated the case under the simplified trial procedure following the review conducted on October 24. The court lifted the signature requirement for the defendants after reviewing the judicial control decisions but maintained the travel ban abroad.
